Description:
IHG Industries is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build their career in human resources while managing both HR and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle, including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires. You will also maintain and update employee records across HR systems such as HRIS and ERP, ensuring all documentation is accurate and properly organized.

Your duties will include preparing a wide range of HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning notices, termination letters, NOCs, and experience certificates. Additionally, you will manage processes related to employee medical insurance and workmen’s compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

The role also involves assisting with payroll processing and monitoring employee attendance records. You will act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances professionally while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Administrative responsibilities include managing company accommodation allocations, updating organizational charts, and maintaining HR policies and induction materials. You will also be expected to generate regular HR and operational reports and ensure all documentation is properly maintained in both digital and physical formats.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field, with 1 to 2 years of HR and administration experience in the UAE or equivalent experience in their home country. A solid understanding of UAE labor laws, proficiency in HR systems, and strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.
