Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for a well-established organization in the metal and manufacturing sector. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Chartered Accountant who has a solid background in financial management, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial stability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth. The position requires strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with financial systems, budgeting, and industry-specific cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining communication with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform cost analysis, inventory valuation, and profitability assessments within the metal and manufacturing environment.
• Assist with business planning, investment evaluations, and financial risk management initiatives.
Requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Previous experience within the Metal, Steel, or Manufacturing industry is required.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage finance teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Strong knowledge of:
• IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
• Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
