Hiring for Wealth Manager in Dubai

• Minimum 5 – 7 years of sales with minimum 2 – 3 years in financial industry.
• Proven ability in individual life /investment business and team management.
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Insurance certification from any accredited institute preferable
• Accountable for the development and implementation of protection products, saving products, corresponding underwriting policies, programs, guidelines, and procedures to assure the proper selection and retention of risks in the achievement of underwriting financial goals.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of risk, pricing, fund management, and trends in the assigned area. 
• Accountable for the development of sales team of wealth consultants.
• Allocate sales targets to Wealth Consultants and communicate and drive the sales strategy to meet the allocated Budgets.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and a healthy portfolio contribution from all available life products.
• Review MIS reports and analyze performance, pipeline, sales mix, wealth consultant visitations consistent tracking and take appropriate actions.
