Description:

CG Oncology is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to multiple executives. This remote role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and initiative while managing complex schedules, communications, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive-level responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. This position plays a key role in supporting executive efficiency, coordinating business activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential administrative support to multiple executives while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.

• Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and company events, including logistics and attendee coordination.

• Research venues, manage event requirements, and provide onsite support when required.

• Act as a professional liaison between executives, employees, business leaders, visitors, and external contacts.

• Respond to information requests and manage executive-related communications.

• Compile, analyze, and organize data for executive reports and presentations.

• Maintain databases, records, and internal information platforms.

• Support remote office operations and assist with administrative documentation.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with two years of post-secondary trade, business, or professional school education OR Associate Degree.

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative and secretarial support.
