Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging early years lessons aligned with EYFS curriculum standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support the physical, emotional, and social development of young learners
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate learning records
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
• Work collaboratively with staff to enhance teaching quality and school environment
Requirements:
• B.Ed in Early Years OR B.Ed (General) with relevant Early Childhood qualification
• BA (Any Subject) with PGCE in Early Years also accepted
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in early childhood education (depending on qualification route)
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and child development principles
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children and early education
Strong knowledge of:
• EYFS curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Early childhood development practices
• Classroom management in early years settings
• Student assessment and progress tracking
• Child safety and safeguarding standards
