Description:

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Digital Specialist to support client-facing digital fundraising and communications programs for political campaigns, PACs, advocacy organizations, nonprofits, and mission-driven clients. This role combines account support, digital campaign execution, CRM management, quality assurance, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.

The successful candidate will help manage digital programs that are accurate, timely, and aligned with client goals. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple client accounts while supporting fundraising and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support assigned client accounts and occasionally manage accounts independently with limited supervision.

• Prepare client agendas, meeting materials, projections, calendars, and planning resources.

• Participate in client calls and provide support for account management activities.

• Draft and edit email and text message content.

• Manage email production, quality assurance processes, and CRM execution.

• Load emails and text messages across CRM platforms as required.

• Review content and provide strategic and creative feedback.

• Perform quality checks on emails and text messages, including formatting, links, targeting accuracy, and copy edits.

• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

• Optimize landing pages through A/B testing, copy improvements, branding updates, and strategic approaches.

• Support rapid-response opportunities and major news-related campaign initiatives.

• Contribute ideas to improve fundraising and communication outcomes.

Requirements:

• Passion for mission-driven causes, advocacy work, political campaigns, or public-interest efforts.

• 3–6 years of professional experience.

• At least one campaign cycle of experience in a dedicated email fundraising role.

• Client-facing project management experience.

• Experience managing multiple clients or workstreams simultaneously.

• Familiarity with P2P texting platforms and/or broadcast texting platforms.

• Experience using at least one email CRM, such as NGP, EveryAction, ActionKit, or Acoustic.

• Experience working with agencies, nonprofits, political campaigns, or issue-based organizations.

• Basic understanding of long-term lead performance tracking.

• Experience creating and executing project plans supporting fundraising and communication goals.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent quantitative reasoning and analytical skills.

• Ability to use data to guide strategic decisions.
