Description:

Snap Finance is seeking a hands-on Digital Paid Specialist to join its Growth team and support the execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns. The role is ideal for a performance marketing professional who thrives in a data-driven environment and enjoys managing live campaigns with direct impact on business growth.

The selected candidate will manage and optimize campaigns across B2C and B2B channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and emerging platforms. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements that enhance ROI and reduce acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across B2C and B2B channels

• Manage campaign builds, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing

• Monitor daily performance and identify inefficiencies or anomalies

• Run structured A/B testing across creative, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies

• Collaborate with analytics teams on reporting, attribution, and performance insights

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements before campaign launch

• Maintain account hygiene including budget pacing, tracking validation, and placement management

• Contribute insights to weekly and monthly performance reviews

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience

• Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or Microsoft Ads

• Strong understanding of B2C and B2B acquisition strategies

• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly

• Knowledge of conversion tracking, UTMs, pixels, and attribution models

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Self-directed with the ability to manage workload independently
