Description:
micro1 is currently hiring Data-Video Generalists to support advanced AI and machine learning development projects focused on activity recognition and human motion understanding. This role is part of a cutting-edge initiative that involves collecting synchronized sensor and video data to improve next-generation robotics and AI systems.

The selected candidates will work remotely and contribute high-quality, structured data by performing defined physical tasks while capturing motion and video recordings using smartphone-based sensor systems.

This is a highly detail-oriented role that requires consistency, accuracy, and adherence to strict technical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Capture precise motion data using smartphone IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) sensors during assigned physical tasks
• Record synchronized video footage to validate sensor-based data accuracy
• Follow detailed technical instructions and protocols to ensure high-quality and compliant submissions
• Submit a minimum of 10 hours of approved video data per week as per project requirements
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability in all recorded outputs
• Communicate clearly with the team to clarify guidelines and improve data collection processes
• Participate in device compatibility testing and AI-based interview assessments
• Ensure timely delivery of data in line with project milestones and quality standards

Requirements:
• Strong ability to follow structured technical instructions and protocols
• Experience working in data-driven or fast-paced environments
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) for remote collaboration
• Comfortable using mobile devices and digital tools for data collection
• Physical ability to perform repetitive motion-based tasks safely
