Guidehouse is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry / Asset Forfeiture Analyst to support its asset management and investigative consulting operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate asset records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting audit and compliance functions across high-value asset systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling large volumes of structured data, performing accuracy checks, and ensuring consistency across multiple asset tracking systems. This position plays a key role in identifying discrepancies, supporting reporting processes, and strengthening operational data quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-volume and accurate data entry into asset and inventory management systems
• Maintain updated records for physical and digital assets throughout their lifecycle
• Conduct routine data validation and identify discrepancies or missing information
• Generate reports on asset status, utilization, and potential anomalies
• Support audits and compliance-related documentation requirements
• Follow and improve standard operating procedures for data integrity
• Assist in tracking asset movement, acquisition, and disposition
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all databases and records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in data entry, records management, or asset-related work
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
