Vincitore Realty is currently seeking a dedicated and performance-oriented Collection Executive (Customer Service – Collections) to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client payment follow-ups, managing collection procedures, addressing payment-related concerns, and assisting the finance department in maintaining smooth financial operations.
This position requires a professional who can communicate confidently with clients while ensuring that outstanding payments are handled efficiently and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding pending payments
- Manage collection activities and maintain accurate payment tracking records
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to invoices and payment schedules
- Coordinate closely with the finance team to ensure proper reconciliation of accounts
- Maintain updated client information within CRM systems
- Prepare reports on collection status and outstanding balances
- Ensure collection targets are achieved within specified deadlines
