Placement Summary:
Join our esteemed client as a Senior Operations Manager – Retail to champion operational excellence within our client’s dynamic retail division. You will be instrumental in enhancing performance and maintaining strategic alignment across our client’s expansive portfolio of retail outlets, domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheaded the launch of our client’s new products in five countries, coordinating cross-functionally for a seamless market entry.
- Refine delivery processes to improve efficiency and spearhead quality training programs for our client’s ground operations teams.
- Develop and implement a robust framework for managing daily operations, focusing on attendance, performance optimisation, and cost control.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to influence new product development, integrating market research and customer feedback.
- Oversee adherence to dispatch and delivery protocols, proactively managing delivery expenditure.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of operational management experience in the retail sector, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and familiarity with ERP systems.
