Description:
Pedal – Cycling & Coffee is looking for an experienced Barista to join its café team in Dubai. This is a combined Barista and Service role, ideal for someone who enjoys crafting quality coffee while delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming café environment.
The successful candidate will prepare specialty coffee, assist customers with their orders, and support front-of-house operations to ensure an excellent guest experience. Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate availability are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty coffee.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming café atmosphere.
• Take customer orders and process them accurately.
• Serve food and beverages while supporting front-of-house operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations.
Requirements:
• Previous barista or café experience.
• Good espresso preparation and milk texturing skills.
• Specialty coffee experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable taking orders, serving customers, and handling front-of-house duties.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Espresso preparation and milk texturing.
