Khansaheb is currently looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Facilities Manager – Mobilization to join their UAE operations team. This position is best suited for candidates who can handle project setup activities efficiently while coordinating across multiple departments. Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Role Overview:
The role involves supporting the mobilization phase of projects by ensuring all operational requirements are arranged on time. After the mobilization stage, the candidate will take ownership of assigned sites as a Facilities Manager and oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate mobilization tasks by collaborating with HR, Procurement, Operations, and other internal teams
• Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and required resources for project initiation
• Monitor project progress closely and address any delays or issues proactively
• Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure smooth execution
• Take charge of facilities management responsibilities for assigned projects after mobilization
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, particularly in mobilization activities
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
