Baniyas Spike Trading Company LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of its finance team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining proper financial documentation.
• Carry out additional accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within a trading or FMCG company.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting is an advantage.
