Description:

We are urgently looking for Facilities Coordinator. Must be able to join immediately.

Location: DIFC – Dubai

Can join immediately, candidate must be in the UAE with 1 to 2 yrs experience in FM industry.

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a facility by coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Assist MEP visits and arrange for internal, building approvals required in the activity.
• Liaise with contractors for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per schedule and arranging documentations (PTW’s, RAMS, Access approvals) prior to the activity.
• Ensure contractors onsite have Permit to Work and have provided the correct Health and Safety documentation to commence work.
• Maintaining data or files related to FM &Engineering, Health and Safety in Centralize folder.
• Arrange and coordinates with Contractor for any office maintenance issue.
• Oversee and assist for the completion of the generated work task for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, Annual.
• Coordinates with Vendor for Engineering materials request, monitors with Vendors if the materials procure are delivered in a timely manner.
• Supports Facilities Engineer & KAM for any Engineering requirements at site.
