Hiring Electrical Engineer – Rail Traction Power Supply System Design
Location: Dubai Office and Saudi Project
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in majors related to railway power supply or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in rail traction power supply system design.
- Proficient in the design of traction power supply systems, capable of independently conducting calculations, equipment selection, and proposing project design solutions.
- Experience in managing traction systems, establishing effective communication with clients, design institutes, and suppliers.
- Familiarity with railway power stations, traction power supply solutions, and principles of electrical equipment used in railways and subways.
- Preference given to those with experience in large-scale railway and rail transit design institutes.
Responsibilities:
Engage in early-stage bidding work, collaborating on technical bids for projects like the Saudi traction project and other railway infrastructure projects. This includes reviewing RFP documents, proposing clarifications, and preparing technical proposals in collaboration with the bidding design institute. Review related drawing descriptions and BOQ and assist in pricing the BOQ.
During the project execution stage, following the successful bid for the traction project or other railway infrastructure projects, take on engineering and construction management responsibilities.
