Hiring Customer Service Agent to join my team immediately. Arabic Native Speakers only Male

Rotational shifts

The Candidate should be in The UAE

Rotational shifts (8 AM to 5 PM–5 PM to 1 AM) and work six days a week.

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving problems and providing accurate information.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Arabic Native Speaker
• Fluent in English
• Candidate should have 3-4 years of proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
