Key Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Virtual Stream and VMware environments.
- Implement and manage cloud backup solutions such as Rubrik and Veeam.
2. Cloud Services Expertise:
- Utilize expertise in cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, to optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and manage cloud storage solutions, including Cloudain.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and performance.
3. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Implement solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on cloud infrastructure health and performance.
4. Certifications and Continuous Learning:
- Maintain relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of cloud services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Generate regular reports on cloud infrastructure performance, security, and compliance.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a cloud infrastructure administrator role.
- Expertise in Virtual Stream and VMware.
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a dynamic mindset.
- Familiarity with cloud backup products like Rubrik and Veeam.
- Knowledge of cloud storage solutions like Cloudain.
