Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Virtual Stream and VMware environments.
  • Implement and manage cloud backup solutions such as Rubrik and Veeam.

2. Cloud Services Expertise:

  • Utilize expertise in cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP, to optimize cloud infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage cloud storage solutions, including Cloudain.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security and performance.

3. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Implement solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on cloud infrastructure health and performance.

4. Certifications and Continuous Learning:

  • Maintain relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of cloud services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Generate regular reports on cloud infrastructure performance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a cloud infrastructure administrator role.
  • Expertise in Virtual Stream and VMware.
  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a dynamic mindset.
