The advertised post is for the position of Assistant Executive based out of Dubai, UAE. The candidate will report to the Director’s and head office under the supervision of Manager on ground.

Full Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant to MD – FEMALE.

• Calendar management: manage the calendars of the MD, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
• Communication management: manage all communication channels of the Managing Director.
• Travel arrangements: Manage all travel related arrangements like booking flights, hotels, and visa’s etc.
• Administrative tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, taking minutes at meetings, etc.
• Organizing events: Oversee execution of special projects and events like press meet, networking events etc.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot problems that arise in the executive’s office, finding solutions and implementing them efficiently.
• Relationship management: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Manage brand image: Should be hands on in handling social media channels especially LinkedIn.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluency in English & French languages is a Must.
• Advance knowledge of handling LinkedIn profile of the company
• 2-3 years of related experience is preferred.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

• Multi round assessment can be conducted over audio and video calls.
