Description:

Refine Interior Design FZ LLC is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager with luxury brand experience in Dubai.

Position: Assistant Store Manager

• Requirement: 1 person
• Salary: AED 12k to 13k
• Department: Exhibition Hall
• Working address: Concord Tower, Al Bourouj St – Al Sufouth 2 (abroad)
• Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm

Job responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team to ensure excellent service for customers and enhance their consumption experience.
• Responsible for utilizing various media resources, adopting effective publicity plans, and expanding influence.
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the exhibition hall, including data analysis and monthly reporting, and proposing improvement and reform measures.
• Responsible for managing the display of products in the exhibition hall and creating a good business environment.
• Responsible for recruitment, training, and development plans for new employees.
• Responsible for receiving and handling customer complaints and suggestions.
• Complete other tasks arranged by the company.

Job requirements:

• More than 5 years of work experience, including 1-2 years of team management experience, female preferred.
• Has a background in business management and marketing.
• Possess good image and etiquette qualities, good service awareness, and experience in the home furnishings or luxury goods industry is preferred.
• Possess strong execution ability, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as high professional ethics and professional ethics.
• Familiar with market competition and trends, able to adapt and respond to market changes.
• Have some experience in using social media platforms for marketing.
• Familiar with working software;
• Proficient in English, proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Candidate’s ability is biased towards:
• 1-2 years of management experience (preferred for well-known brands)
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required
