Description:
A government entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced executive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executive calendar management, meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, documentation handling, and stakeholder communication. The ideal professional should have extensive experience supporting senior leadership and managing multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
• Coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements, and executive engagements.
