A reputed looking for Assistant Manager HR (Talent and Performance Management) For Abu Dhabi

• Assistant Manager – Talent and Performance Management:
• Bachelor’s degree holder: ideally in Psychology or Business Administration or HR Management, MBA degree is an advantage
• Holds valid HR professional certification i.e. PHRi, SPHRi, GPHR, SHRM-CP,CIPD.
• Must be a holder of Certified Trainer qualifications or its equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience specifically in talent and performance management
• Possess expert level in succession planning, employee performance management,
• Career development, learning and development, talent planning
• Has direct experience using nine-box matrix potential and performance
• Skilled in performing learning needs analysis
• Competent in reviewing, and amending various HR policies and procedures
• Previous experience doing leadership coaching is an advantage
• Possess high level of strategic and critical thinking.
• Must have own car and valid driving license and willing to travel in different Emirates/Branches
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Sunday off only)

Work location is Abu Dhabi.
