Description:

A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced PRO and HR Admin Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations services, human resources administration, government transactions, and employee documentation processes within the UAE.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage government portal transactions, HR formalities, employee records, visa processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all PRO-related activities and online government transactions

• Process employment visas, labor contracts, work permits, Emirates ID applications, and medical test procedures

• Manage employee onboarding, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and offboarding processes

• Coordinate with government departments and relevant authorities for approvals and documentation

• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance

• Support HR administration activities and employment-related requirements

• Monitor deadlines for visa renewals, labor cards, and other employee documentation

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

• Prepare reports and maintain organized records of all HR and PRO activities

Requirements:

• Arabic Speaker is mandatory

• Proven experience in PRO services and online government transactions

• Strong background in HR administration

• Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations

• Hands-on experience with the MOHRE system

• Familiarity with Dubai and Abu Dhabi immigration systems

• Experience handling visa processing, labor contracts, work permits, Emirates ID applications, and employee documentation

• Ability to manage onboarding, renewals, cancellations, and offboarding processes

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing confidential employee information
