Hiring Area Manager

𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀: 3

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 to oversee multiple projects across the UAE. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, and the ability to manage 𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆. Proficiency in Arabic is required.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲: Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction project management.
• 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: Strong background in fit-out projects preferred.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Must be technically qualified in construction. Candidates with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿 (𝗤𝗦) experience will have an added advantage.
• 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Strong convincing and commanding abilities to lead teams and close deals.
• 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:

• 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: AED 16,000 – 18,000 per month.
