Hiring Analyst IT infrastructure

Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and other IT systems
• Respond to user queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Escalate issues to higher-level support teams or specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
• Provide training to end-users on how to use various software applications or computer systems
• Monitor systems to identify potential issues before they become problems

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Agent or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and other IT systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Speaking Arabic will be preferable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT field
