Description:

Hiring Chief Technology offficer for one of its client company located in UAE.

A UAE based company is hiring Chief IT Officer/ Chief Technology Officer on premises and Company will provide UAE visa and the salary package will be 9000 AED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy, aligning it with our business goals and objectives.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions to support our operations, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation.
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, ensuring their availability, reliability, and security.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuously exploring emerging technologies and digital trends to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their technology needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic guidance.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective delivery of IT services.
• Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness while ensuring a high level of service.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our data assets and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead and mentored a high-performing IT team, promoting professional growth and ensuring its alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, and provide insights on their potential impact on our business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief IT officer / CTO or in a senior IT leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• You have demonstrated the ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance technology considerations with organizational goals.
• Have a proven track record in successful project execution and resource management.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to our industry.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
