Requirements:
- Organize and manage the service and maintenance activities.
- Establish, implement, and continually improve the related quality procedures and documentation.
- Ensure the availability of resources (manpower, spare parts, tools, etc.) by daily follow-up.
- Define and request the necessary internal or external training for the workshop employees.
- Prepare the corrective and preventive maintenance schedules and plans.
- Follow the corrective and preventive maintenance procedures and ensure all the required documentation and filled in the ERP system.
- Properly store all the required special tools and diagnostic tools.
- Archive all the technical documentation related to the machines properly.
- Create and develop a strong network with machines and equipment suppliers.
- Day-to-day follow-up of machines availability.
- Improve the safety, reliability and cost related to maintenance.
- Perform machine and equipment troubleshooting.
- Propose, prepare, and implement improvement solutions or modifications.
Competencies:
- Technical Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering (Mechanical /Automobile/ Hydraulic) or other related courses/certificates.
- 7 years of experience in a workshop out of them 3 years at the supervisory level.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong background in commercial vehicles, equipment and mobile cranes.
- Logistics/transportation company experience in UAE is highly preferred.
