Allied Solutions LLC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Assistant to join its Claims and Recovery Department in Plano, Texas. The role involves providing essential administrative support to the claims team, ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining records, verifying claim information, and assisting in the smooth processing of claims-related activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry in accordance with established company standards and procedures.

• Review and assess data for accuracy, identifying inconsistencies and discrepancies.

• Reconcile data for new claims and ensure proper setup in the claims processing system.

• Update and correct basic data issues identified in internal reports and systems.

• Verify claim coverage using internal systems and attach required supporting documents.

• Prepare and send correspondence related to claims processing and updates.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal claims and recovery operations.

• Support additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the department.

Claims Compliance Support (10%):

• Follow state regulations and compliance requirements related to claims processing.

• Read, interpret, and apply written instructions, memos, and regulatory guidelines accurately.

Customer Service & Communication (10%):

• Provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of all claim-related communications and updates.

• Respond promptly to emails and inquiries within required timeframes.

• Communicate effectively with all relevant parties regarding claim status and updates.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Ability to multitask and work in a structured office environment.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of administrative or claims processes is an advantage.

• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
