Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Welding Supervisor/Trainer/Assessor to join our team. The Welding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of welding personnel, ensuring that all welding operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to established standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and procedures, as well as experience in supervising and training welding staff. Duties will include monitoring work progress, inspecting completed work for quality and compliance, maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. – Candidate should be available in the UAE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in welding operations, carbon steel pipe fabrication/welding, operation and maintenance of central gas systems with a strong understanding of welding techniques and procedures.,
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards related to welding operations.

- Effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or DAE Mechanical /Welding Diploma /
- ITI / ITC or equivalent professional qualification with relevant welding certification can apply.
- The candidates must have Extensive familiarity with welding works and
- Should have at least 4 years of experience as a Supervisor/Trainer/Assessor
- Position in the Oil & Gas industry.
