Description:

A Chocolate manufacturing company, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in the UAE.

Job Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Must have experience in food or chocolate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of products.
• Investigate and address discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other external partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
• Address and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.
