Description:

We are looking for a Vice President / Global Private Equity Fund

Abu Dhabi, UAE based.

Main responsibilities:

• Origination of new investment opportunities (fin-tech, food-tech, bio-tech, high-tech industry etc.) 
• Lead of transactions (buy- / sell-side): sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring
• Post-acquisition portfolio management (strategy development, capital raises, credit financings, and M&A)
• Working with co-investors and joint venture partners to drive growth and create value in portfolio companies
• Management work of junior team members

Main requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or economics; CFA is a plus
• 5+ years of transaction experience on the sell-side or buy-side in investment banking, venture capital or private equity in Europe
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage
• Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate proactive approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills
