Hiring Travel Executive Needed for VVIP Client in Dubai/UAE
Introduction: We are currently hiring a Travel Executive to manage the business travel plans and trips for our VVIP client in Dubai/UAE. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel as well and have a valid UAE driver’s license. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-profile client and enjoy premium benefits and business-class travel options.
Responsibilities:
- Manage travel arrangements for the VVIP client, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and other logistics
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to ensure smooth travel experiences
- Assist the client with travel-related issues and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain travel records and manage expenses
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel management or a related field
- Experience working with high-profile clients is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Valid UAE driver’s license
