Job Description

• Provide the qualitative and the best travel service to the corporate houses as per company’s service level agreement.
• Helps client to identify their travel package based on their suggestions and requirements.
• Assisting accounts dept. to make the hotel payments, excursion and suppliers.
• Ground handling activities and operations for holiday’s dept.
• Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating the itinerary.
• Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourist regarding their travel like guides, itinerary, flyers map etc.
• Sell the appropriate packages to the right customer.
• Regularly update a data base containing client details and their travel information.
• Ensure this data is secured and handled properly.
• Stay up to date regarding domestic and international travel trends.
• Prepare customized itinerary and costing according to the customer travel needs.
• Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
• Review all travel transactions and ensure full compliance to Company Travel Policy.
• Listing with Corporate and provide full travel administration including booking of hotels, car hire, Travel Insurance etc.
• Point of contact for travel related queries to the concerned business units.
• Plan and prepare cost effective itineraries for existing and future clients. Discuss client’s requirement advice on suitable options.
• Preparation of daily sale report.
• Assist emergency travel requirements on emergency mobile phone services.

Requirements:

• Must be graduate/master degree in computer science or Hospitality.
• Previous experience as a Travel Agent is must.
• Multilingualism is an advantage.
• Aptitude and willingness to accept the challenges, good interpersonal skills.
• Communication, team building and time management skills required.
• Flexible and adaptable and response emergencies efficiently.
