We are looking for a dynamic and positive Travel and Event Planner to join our team at SCN Travel&More in Dubai.

What does it mean?

• Work with clients to determine their needs and advise them on the appropriate solution
• Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each request and prepare a custom-made proposal
• Book the services and collect payment
• Follow up from A to Z and deal with occurring issues.
• Maintain client information and financial records
• Stay up to date with the latest travel and event trends and incorporate them into future experiences for clients
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event or travel planning process to ensure everything is in order.

Requirements

• Proven work experience
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field is a plus
• Personal travel experience will be considered a plus
