Position: Telecaller

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate leads.
• Customer Support: Provide information, answer queries, and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers to maximize engagement.
• Reporting: Track and report on call outcomes, feedback, and customer insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Customer-Centric: Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Organized: Capable of managing and maintaining customer data and call logs.
• Persuasive Skills: Ability to confidently present products/services and handle objections.
• Experience: Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
