Hiring Parts Sales Executive

Education/Qualification:

University Degree, B Tech in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, additional qualifications Master’s Degree Education to graduation Standard.

Working on operating system : SAP or Oracle platform

Experience (experience required for the job)

Experience: total 6-7 year’s parts sales experience out of which 3-4 years of experience in dealer management.

  • Understand Customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Organize and coordinate schedules
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Meet all sales quotas and goals
  • Proven ability in a sales capacity within an automobile or similar industry.
  • Knowledge in business correspondence
  • Parts Business Process analysis
  • Acceptable standard of computer literacy in automotive operating systems.
  • MS Office, PowerPoint Presentation skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft
  • Office Suite or similar software
