Description:

We are hiring Technical Service Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing technical reports and site coordination with service team. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare service daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Prepare team service schedule, arranging work permit and following up on work results
• Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with customers and sub-contractors.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience – Preferably from Facility Management Industry
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience using ERP
• Self-starter and can work with little supervision
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately
