Description:
Hiring technical sales manager with bachelor degree in mechanical engineering a minimum of five years experience, preferably in the field of service / after sales.
Electro-mechanical equipment experience in the field of water & wastewater treatment preferable, work experience in uae and other gcc / North African countries preferable
Good oral and written English skills is an absolute necessity. Additional language skills are an advantage particularly Arabic
Manage & grow after sales service department, lead & co-ordinate service department consisting of a sales team and a service operations team
Ensure constant, customer-oriented high service quality and carry-out regular, targeted customer visits
Achieve pro-active and sustainable service sales for the United Arab Emirates, Middle East and North Africa markets
Develop and pursue targeted, sales-oriented strategies for key customers and products in designated markets
Efficient planning, leading and cost-optimisation of the service operations team including their health & safety
Undertake after-sales / service market analyses.
