Description:

Technical Assistant – Dubai, UAE

• Handling vessel class & flag certificates including vessel insurance and other required certificates.
• Coordinates with Flag and Class administration for any plan approval.
• Working as ISM Coordinator, keeping vessel ISM report duly filled in the office.
• DOC (Document of Compliance) company audit assistant to the DPA/Superintendent
• Assist the technical managers in purchasing of all type of spares / stores
• Coordinates with spare part suppliers and manages from quotations confirmation to delivery of spare onboard

Qualifications:

• Having basic knowledge of shipping
• Having experience of shipping documentation.
• Attending to emails.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop applications.
• An eye for attention to detail
• Able to work in a team.
• Female, Any Nationality
