Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements across various business units within the hospitality and manufacturing sectors.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with Thomsun Group’s values and objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on hospitality and manufacturing sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and manufacturing industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and attract top talent through creative and effective sourcing methods.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
