Description:
We are currently looking for a Structural Engineer (RCC/Steel) who possesses the following qualifications:
- Minimum +5 years’ experience in similar role.
- Review contract documents, designs and drawings brief for Design-Build Projects and highlights any deficiency in consultant proposal.
- Prepare preliminary and detailed structural design for RCC (Reinforcement Cement Concrete) based on international codes (ACI.BS etc.…)
- Prepare the steel structural design based on the steel design criteria as per project’s specs. (Pre-engineered or hot rolled) or by a specialized subcontractor in coordination with the architectural drawings, and shall ensure that all the Client’s requirements are met in the design.
- Prepare design drawings, reports and structural calculation to get approval from related authorities.
- Prepare submittals to clients, consultants, local authorities, and contractors until getting final approval.
- Reviews Sub-Contractors’/ Suppliers’ Shop Drawings & structural calculation and coordinate to receive the final drawings and documents.
- Experience in computer structural engineering software’s such as SAFE, ETABS,PROKON,STAAD PRO, TEDSS etc..
