Hiring Senior Mechanical Engineer (Rotating Equipment)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 18,000
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Experience in maintenance and inspection (Planning, preparation, execution, review, corrective action etc.) for rotating equipment such as reciprocating compressors, centrifugal pumps/blowers, gas turbine generators & auxiliaries, diesel engine, generators & auxiliaries and other rotating equipment’s in oil & gas petrochemical or chemical industry.
Experience of supervising major overhauls, time-based inspections, breakdown maintenance & carrying out modification / retrofits.
Ability to read machinery curves / data sheets & calculate efficiency, Basic and working knowledge of basic instrumentation installed on machinery in particular vibration monitoring, ESD systems, DCS, Ability to read drawings (P & ID, Isometrics and Equipment Cross-sections, cause and effect charts), Ability to do basic engineering calculations (flows, power, gas properties)
