Stock Controller / PRO

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing a range of daily inventory-related tasks that ensure timely, accurate replenishment of merchandise and stock in the store and in warehouse.
• Responsible for handling the petty cash and maintain files & records of petty cash.
• Document the processing activities such as delivery, petty cash and daily trips.
• Responsible for checking the quality of the products.
• Carry out all the activities for official collection & submission of government applications such as work permit, staff’s visa, company license or trade license as well as processing of a variety of legal documents in timely matter.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stock controller.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• UAE Manual driver’s license is required\
