Hiring Soft Services Officer for our Dubai Office location.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing and contract processes for soft services.
• Liaise with clients to arrange and deliver required soft services.
• Conduct site audits and surveys for new soft service locations.
• Implement HSE policies and ensure environmental compliance.
• Lead training initiatives.
• Coordinate planning and organization efforts.
• Monitor invoicing and facilitate client payments.
• Analyze and assess processes, procedures, and cost controls to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Cultivate highly efficient workplace and field operations environments that inspire team members to excel and maintain consistent compliance with corporate best practices.
• Ensure the health and safety of cleaning staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
