Description:

Omnicell is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders, including the Chief Pharmacy & Clinical Officer, Chief Corporate Development Officer, and General Manager of EnlivenHealth. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage complex priorities and serve as a trusted partner in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The successful candidate will support executive operations through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, expense management, and confidential information handling. This position offers high visibility across the organization and an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on important business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior executives by managing complex calendars and prioritizing business-critical activities.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and required documentation.

• Manage expense reporting, Concur expense reconciliation, and department budget tracking.

• Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

• Prepare executive meeting materials, reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Organize meetings, offsites, and special events while coordinating vendors and logistics.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Provide backup support and collaborate with the Executive Assistant team when required.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience supporting senior-level executives or equivalent experience.

• Experience working in a publicly traded company.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.

Strong knowledge of:
