Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop, write, and produce engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow ERE Homes’ social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Brand Voice: Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and image through consistent, high-quality content that aligns with our values and goals.
• Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote properties, events, and company news.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance, preparing regular reports to inform content strategy and improve engagement.
• SEO & Keywords: Optimize content for search engines to increase online visibility and attract more traffic to our website.
• Visual Content: Create and edit images, videos, and graphics that enhance our social media and digital content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align content with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent writing and storytelling skills, strong visual design abilities, and proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Social Media Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major social media platforms, including their features, audience, and analytics tools.
• Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic) is a plus.
• Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
