Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Showroom Manager to lead our flagship showroom from the front, inspire success in all areas of people and showroom management.

You are an experienced Showroom Manager with a track record of creating a beautiful customer experience and exceeding your sales goals by developing high-performing teams with a strong passion. You will plan, monitor, and maximize retail budgets and product inventory focusing on sales while acting as a positive role model to the sales team.

You will be an inspirational leader and will play a key role in motivating and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the showroom team in maximizing sales performance through implementing effective actions based on relevant KPIs.
• Drive productivity and profitability of the showroom by analyzing, conversion rates, sales, UPT, ATV, customer database, in order to identify opportunities.
• Uphold standards of excellence with beautiful visual merchandising of windows and in-store product display.
• Create a positive and self-driven environment for the team to deliver the best customer experience throughout the customer journey.
• Strive towards maintaining long-term relationships with customers in order to promote brand loyalty.
• Achieve and maintain an excellent premium retail environment through high standards in all areas of the shop floor and related operations.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales patterns, best sellers, sales by individual and propose actions, based on business trends, to enhance performance.
• Plan and coordinate in-store promotional events in collaboration with the corporate office.
• Accountable for the training of all team on standard operating procedures ensuring all team members have a full understanding of processes and the potential impact on the business.
• Understand the local market, trends, and competitors’ activities in order to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Desired/preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Overall retail experience of 5+ years as a Showroom Manager in large format showroom or Hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Experience in preparing and analyzing reports and converting them to tangible action plans.
• Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
• Computer literacy including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional leadership skills and proven ability to manage large teams effectively.
• Commitment to quality with an eye for detail.
• European Nationals are preferred.
