Job Location: UAE – Dubai & Abu Dhabi / 2 roles
Service Engineer – Urgent requirement
Perform service, preventative maintenance, upgrades and installations with IQ/OQ on instruments at customer sites with minimal supervision
Provide on-site customer repairs, responsible for delivering both timely & effective repairs.
Provide adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
Proactive in resolving instrument issues before they become chronic
Remain current on equipment through appropriate training, manuals, technical bulletins and other relevant materials
Manage financial performance by expense control and inventory management
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving procedures for GC, GCMS, GC Analyzers and OEM products.
Willingness to travel extensively within UAE and throughout ME.
