Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Service Advisor with expertise in the UAE automotive market, specifically in premium and multi-brand cars. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth service experience for our clients. Your in-depth understanding of the UAE automotive industry, including the premium and multi-brand car segment, will be essential in delivering accurate and relevant information to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Listen attentively to customers’ concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues and service requirements.
- Utilize your strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, particularly in premium and multi-brand cars, to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers about repairs, maintenance, and service options, ensuring they are fully informed and understand the work being done.
- Coordinate with the service team, technicians, and other departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and services.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explanations of service charges to customers, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services, maintenance packages, and accessories based on customers’ needs and preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience (5-10 yrs) as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, with expertise in premium and multi-brand cars.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and service processes, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
- Preferably with a UAE driver’s license.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languange is required.
