Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and systems with minimal supervision

• Transform raw datasets into structured, usable, and high-quality data products

• Develop and maintain reliable data architectures for analytics and reporting use cases

• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure accessible and accurate datasets

• Participate in technical planning sessions and contribute to architectural discussions

• Improve data engineering processes and ensure best practices in data management

• Write documentation and present technical work to internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor junior data engineers and support team growth and knowledge sharing

• Assist in recruitment processes by evaluating technical assignments and participating in interviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related field

• Strong experience with data ingestion systems, cloud databases, and visualization tools

• Solid understanding of data management concepts including data modeling and transformation

• Experience working with large-scale or complex datasets

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams

• Ability to work independently and contribute to system-level improvements
